Profile: My name is Danny Blackwell I have been in Japan since september 2008.
My main passion is music and you can see my videos on YOUTUBE

I am currently in various bands and if you are interested in seeing us at live concerts please send me your email and I will contact you the next time I do a live show.

One of the reasons I decided to come to Japan and study Japanese was my love for Haiku.
I recently had a haiku (about participating in a Rice Harvest with Foreigners and Japanese schoolchildren) published in the Kagawa Journal. And also had a haiku selected for an online journal called www.simplyhaiku.com

日本に来て、日本語を勉強する決心をした理由の１つは俳句が大好きだからでした。最近『香川ジャーナル』という刊行物に外国人と日本の小学生が一緒に稲刈りする体験について詠んだ俳句が掲載されました。そしてオンライン俳句ジャーナルのwww.simplyhaiku.comに私の俳句が選ばれました。下記のリンクで読むことができます。
